IT Partners President & CEO Steve Tepedino is responsible for driving its day-to-day operations. He is a proven leader with nearly 30 years of experience in high tech distribution and value-added-reseller (VAR) markets.
He recently served as president of Melillo Consulting, an east coast technology solutions integrator, where he directed an unprecedented revenue and profit growth in the company’s history. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Channel Savvy, LLC, a management consulting firm that specialized in technology vendors and their channel partners.
The majority of Steve’s career was with Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), where he served as corporate vice president and president of Avnet Technology Solutions (ATS), a $3.5B operating group delivering IT products and services to a broad range of solution providers. During his tenure, the company experienced record growth and exceeded its objectives for operating profit and return on working capital every quarter. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS), in engineering chemistry from State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Bill is a founding member of IT Partners, and as chief technology officer, is responsible for setting the overall technical direction for the company. He is focused on identifying and evangelizing technologies and solutions that will deliver IT and business value to IT Partners customers, and is a regular presenter at both IT Partners and industry events.
His 25-year career includes experience in corporate IT and consulting, with an emphasis on network design and implementation. His experience includes consulting positions at national solution providers as well as several corporate IT leadership roles. Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in information technology from the University of Phoenix.
Jeff started at IT Partners in July 2022, and is responsible for accounting, controls & compliance, HR, payroll and financial planning & analysis.
He graduated from Minnesota State University – Moorhead with degrees in accounting and economics.
Early in his 20-year finance career Jeff moved to Redmond, Washington, and joined the finance team at Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) where he worked his way up from financial analyst to various financial and business controller roles. After 14 years at Microsoft, he moved to Arizona, and worked remotely as finance director and general manager for Nytec, a staffing and engineering company based in Kirkland, Washington, which was acquired by Accenture (NYSE: ACN).
Jeff’s love of finance and statistics proves helpful at the poker tables where he enjoys playing competitively in tournaments such as the World Series of Poker and World Poker Tour (WPT). His accomplishments at the poker tables include a televised WPT final table.
Willie was ultimately accountable for the corporate vision, strategy and growth. He was responsible for high level management of the administrative processes and operational functions. He oversaw all lines of business and developed and implemented operating policies to support the company’s initiatives and objectives.
Willie holds an associate degree in computer technology from Elbert and Merrill School in New York with continuing education from the College of Staten Island, New York. He also participates in various industry and community groups, having served as president of Avnet’s partner operation council and as a member of the Glendale Community College’s advisory council.
